One kit includes hardware for both the top and bottom sleeves of one banner. Kit includes 30" fiberglass crossbars and aluminum brackets that mount to standard light poles with adjustable stainless steel straps. Design fits square or round poles. Includes 2 brackets, 2 crossbar poles, 4 straps, 2 end caps, 2 zip ties, 2 pins, and 2 rings.
