Shipping Policy
Our call center and distribution center will be operational during the COVID-19 response. By placing an order customers who are located in states with "stay home" orders are acknowledging that their business will be open and someone will be available to receive packages.
Normal Shipping Times
Standard Shipping - Orders to the U.S. will arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on the zone (see map above). Additional transit days may be required for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
For shipments to Canada please call 800-521-1712. Ground Service shipments to Canada will arrive in 10-12 business days, depending on destinaton. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Visit www.ups.com for additional information regarding shipments to Canada.

Two-Day Shipping : Most orders placed before 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will be shipped that day and be delivered within 2 business days. Additional freight charges will be added.
One-Day Shipping : Most orders placed before 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will be shipped that day and be delivered within 1 business day. Additional freight charges will be added.
Shipping times will vary for personalized products depending on final proof approval.
