Ultra Hi-Float is a non-toxic sealant that can be used inside latex balloons to increase the floating time. Not recommended for 5 ½' balloons. Use the dispenser pump to inject a small amount of Ultra Hi-Float into each balloon. The chemical seals the inside wall of the balloon which helps prevent helium from escaping. A great addition to your balloon accessories.
